TropiClean would recommend removal of the filter before use of the product as the filter would remove important components of the solution, making it less effective. We hope this information helps!

Can we use it daily for kitten? After 4 days we found our kitten start pooping soft stool and even diarrhea. We stop right after and her poop get back to normal after a week. Her diet is normal, she plays and sleeps well as usual too. The only change is we gave her your product, is that mean she allergic to your product? Thank you.
Hello and thank you for the inquiry. This product is recommended for cats 12 weeks and older. Some cats may experience softer stool or diarrhea if they are new to the product, as their body adjusts to the new product. The pet may also have a sensitivity to an ingredient which could produce this symptom. We would recommend reducing the dosage and and gradually increasing it to the recommended dosage over a week or two. If the symptom persists, a sensitivity may be the cause and a discontinuance would be recommended. We hope this information helps!
