AmazingI LOVE all things Tropiclean! I’m a professional dog groomer and use a lot of the Tropiclean products. They smell AMAZING and I love that they are naturally derived too. I see another review mentions a chemical burn? I’ve never had any issues in my 12 years of using Tropiclean, but it’s helpful to dilute the shampoo first - some dogs can have sensitive skin and straight shampoo can irritate their skin. Will co to help to use and love these products!

There are no ingredients in our products that would be associated with chemical burns, although if a pet had an allergic reaction to an ingredient, someone may mistakenly describe it this way. DO NOT USE!!!After using this on my 9 month old puppy, she has chemical burn on her groin. $250 vet bill later for antibiotics and treatments. I cannot believe people use this on their fur babies. Unfortunately I am not the first person to have this problem as I have found quiet a few more people on Facebook with the same issue. I wish I could give this 0 stars.
We are very sorry to hear of the medical condition your pet experienced. We would like to get more information on this, as we have not had any other reports provided to us that this condition could occur and there are no indications in the ingredients that would suggest this result. It is also troubling that a result would be limited to a specific area when the shampoo was used all over the body. Puppies can be very sensitive however, and this is a not a hypoallergenic shampoo, so perhaps the puppy was allergic to an ingredient in the product.
