    Please assistHello there-I have purchased and used Your Natural Flea & Tick collar (Large) for my German Shepherd. I am not sure why I am having such a consistent problem with tightening and/or removing these collars. Subsequently, have destroyed the catch/clip on the collar several time. But I do love the natural ingredients. Just thought I would see if you can assist me with making the on/off process easier.

Outside of the instruction provided on the packaging itself, we do to have any additional instruction to provide regarding application. Our apologies.     1. Remove the collar from the bag, detach and discard the inner nylon strip.

    2. Fasten the TropiClean Flea & Tick Dog collar around your dog’s neck.

    3. For a comfortable fit, be sure that two fingers fit between the collar and your dog’s neck.

    Any excess length of collar beyond the buckcle should be cut off and disposed of. WARNING: PLEASE KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with clean water for 15 minutes. Avoid contact with clothing. Wash hands immediately with soap and water after attaching. May be harmful if swallowed. In case of doubt or if symptoms persist, call a health care professional immediately.
